Scott Z. Pugh
DMD
Dr. Scott Pugh is from the mountains of North Carolina near the town of Sparta. He completed his undergraduate degree at UNC-Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Minor in Chemistry in 2009.
He spent 4 years working at DSM Pharmaceuticals in Greenville, NC as a Quality Control Lab Analyst. Dr. Pugh completed his graduate degree at East Carolina University with a Doctor of Dental Medicine, DMD. His hobbies include fishing, golfing, and traveling. He is a member of the American Dental Association, North Carolina Dental Society, and Davidson County Dental Society.
Caitlin Miller Pugh
DMD
Dr. Caitlin Miller Pugh, DMD was born and raised in Pinehurst, NC. After graduating from Pinecrest High School, Dr. Miller Pugh received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Minor in Chemistry at UNC-Chapel Hill in 2011. After college, she worked in the Periodontal Research Lab at UNC before obtaining her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree with Honors from the East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine in 2017. She is a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, North Carolina Dental Society, and Davidson County Dental Society. Her hobbies include running, hiking, snowboarding, golfing, and crafts. Look for one of Dr. Miller Pugh's many crafts inside the office!
Both doctors met while in dental school at ECU and married in December of 2018. They reside in Davidson County with their son, Zac and Goldendoodle puppy, Rosie! Dr. Miller Pugh enjoyed working alongside Dr. Jerry Laws for three years before his retirement. With a focus on general family dentistry, Drs. Pugh and Miller Pugh see patients from ages 1-95+ years old.

She is a Goldendoodle puppy full of love and fluff! Not only will she put a smile on your face but she will try to give you lots of kisses. She can't wait to meet you!

Front Desk Receptionist
Lori is our insurance coordinator and the one who will help file your claims and get your money back! She enjoys going to the beach with her husband and loves gardening, crafting, and decorating. Lori has 3 children, 2 grandchildren, a dog, and a grand dog. A huge DOG lover!
Carrie Bradshaw
Front Desk Receptionist
Carrie has been in dentistry for 5 years. She is the first person you see when you arrive at our office. Her personality is very sweet and bubbly! Carrie has 2 dogs and lives on a horse farm. Her favorite place to travel is Holden Beach!
Tammy Roach
Dental Assistant
Tammy has been a dental assistant for over 30 years and graduated from GTCC. She has been married to a wonderful husband for 34 years, and they have 2 awesome sons and 2 grandkids.
She enjoys spending time with her family and grandkids, and they all love going to the beach to fish. She thanks God every day for what he has blessed her with!
Tracy Kepley
Dental Assistant
Tracy is a life-long resident of Davidson County. She graduated from Central and RCCC. After graduating from the Dental Assisting program in 1992, she began her journey with this office. She lives in Welcome with her husband, 2 children and Blue Heeler. Her happy place is anywhere with her family, but especially the beach!

Deana has been a dental assistant in orthodontics and general dentistry for over 10 years. She loves to stay active and spend time with her daughter.
Kim Everheart
Registered Dental Hygenist
Kim started her career in dentistry in 1979 as a dental assistant. Then she went to hygiene school in 1983 and has been a hygienist ever since. She loves her job and enjoys her patients, and tries to make them as comfortable as possible. Kim has been married to her husband for 39 years and they have 3 grown children and 6 grandchildren. In her spare time, you will find Kim with her grandchildren and at the beach!
Caitlin Motsinger
Registered Dental Hygenist
Caitlin went to GTCC for hygiene school and graduated in 2014. She has lived in Lexington all her life and is a CDHS alumnus! Caitlin is married with 2 precious children and loves spending time with family and being outdoors helping with her husband’s farm. They also have 2 dogs, Bear and Gunner. In the fall, look out for their pumpkin farm!
Abbie Blackerby

Abbie has almost 20 years of dental experience and still adjusting to life as an extremely proud mother of 2 adult sons, Liam and Charlie. She enjoys traveling, painting, gardening, camping and hiking. However, her absolute favorite days are 75 degrees; surrounded by water, sunshine and her family!

With over 30 years of dental hygiene experience, Sara is dedicated to providing quality care with a gentle touch. She loves spending time with friends & family and growing in her faith. You might find her reading a book, crafting, or traveling to new places.
Sheila Goff
Registered Dental Hygenist
Sheila has been a hygienist for 39 years. She has been married for close to 40 years with 2 adult children and 1 dog, Karley. Sheila loves to read, cook, and exercise. We love when she bakes for us! Sheila recently retired but will fill-in at our office from time to time!
