OUR CARING STAFF
We feel very fortunate to have a caring and motivated team in place. You will be greeted by one of our front desk personnel. We have coffee, juice, and water available for your enjoyment as well as music from your listening pleasure. Our in-office patient education runs informative clips about various topics including crowns, veneers, root canals, etc. We like to keep our patients informed of new technology and materials available. Our staff is there to serve you and to make your visit a pleasant experience. We always appreciate comments on how we have met your expectations. Please do not hesitate to give us feedback so that we can improve our service.

AFFORDABLE DENTISTRY
How can I afford the dentistry I want? Sometimes to fully restore you to optimal dental health, it takes time and money. Our staff can offer you many financial options in which hopefully one will fit your price range. If you can let them know what is within your budget, they should be able to help you. We have found that if the patient has a firm commitment to this type of dentistry, then there is a way to get what you desire. We offer outside one year interest free financing on approved credit. We are pleased to offer our senior 10% fee reduction on services when accounts are paid in full at time of service.

INSURANCE
Insurance is a great benefit to have. Please remember all coverage is different and your expectations of payment versus your insurance actual payment maybe lower. We like to remind you that regardless of what insurance pays, ultimately the account is the responsibility of the patient.

SEDATION DENTISTRY
The two primary reasons most individuals do not elect to complete dental treatment are time away from work or fear of the dentist. If you fall into one or both of these categories, sedation dentistry is a great option for you. Dr. Laws and the staff at our Lexington office are highly trained and experienced in using oral sedation dentistry treatment. Dr. Laws is authorized in the state of North Carolina to use this treatment option. With this sedation technique you can have most or all of your dental treatment completed in one visit while enjoying the comfort and ease of this relaxing treatment option.
